Fundado y solidificado por Jim en el año 2010, Tears in Rain toma forma y comienzan a componer en su local, trabajando y creando de una forma fluida y fructífera. De todas las influencias que marcan su original estilo cabe destacar géneros diversos, desde el blues, la psicodelia y el rock setentero al stoner, post-hardcore y rock alternativo. Hasta la fecha, poseen un amplio repertorio propio de temas terminados, de los cuales algunos, grabados en directo y editados en su primera maqueta/Lp "A better place". Actualmente se encuentran dando conciertos con el fín de presentar un material fresco para paladares sensibles y enérgicos. La formación actual la componen Diogo a la batería, Dani al bajo y Jim a la guitarra y voces.

//ENGLISH// In 2010, Jim Vieco decided there wasn´t much of what he was into out there in the Barcelona music scene – 60s and 70s Rock, Psychedelic, Alternative, Stoner, Post-Rock, Progressive, Jazz and Classical – so he started Tears in Rain to fill the void. The line up has evolved since their beginnings but Jim remains the driving force behind the trio. With Jim’s guitar and vocals in the lead, Dani Morillas on bass and Diogo Santos on drums, they form a powerful trio, producing a blend of rock and more passive genres seldom heard at a rock gig. If Robert Plant and Janice Joplin had had a love child, he might have sounded something like Jim, who a voice from the 70s rock era, refreshing in this time of often similar-sounding contemporary vocalists.
